David Carr
Team Owner
David founded the company in 2009, he is the first port of call for drivers, deals with finances and strategy as well as logistics for race weekends. He still races wherever possible.
Steve Wood
General Manager and Head of Parts
Steve came to us with an extensive knowledge of vehicle parts, as well as previous experience as a mechanic in European sidecar racing. He also has lots of experience oval racing himself.
Steve has the responsibility of the day to day running of the business as well as the parts department. Steve occasionally attends race meetings where you will find him carrying out mechanic duties, just to keep his hand in !!

Steve Collins
Senior Race Engineer
Steve is our senior race engineer his vast knowledge and understanding of Mechanics plays a key role in both the workshop and trackside. In the workshop he builds our race engines and gearbox's and at the track his strategic knowledge assists the drivers to pole position.
He has helped several drivers become championship winners.
JAMES BROWNE
Workshop Controller / Senior Race Engineer
James started full time with us in 2023 having having worked with us at race weekends for over 10 years.
He comes to the team with vast experience of racing and the Lotus brand. He worked for many years in the Lotus Motorsport department and their GT projects.
Jonny Lawrence
Race Technician
Jonny is our latest race technician to join us. he has a great knowledge and understanding of mechanics and plays a key role in both the workshop and trackside. In the workshop he assists Steve with car prep and rebuilds. He is great withdrivers and helps promote confidence.
Nick Kerslake
Head of composites
Nick has years of working in the bodyshop trade as well as mechanical experience. Nick runs the bodywork side of thing at base and always on hand at race meetings to attend to any damage quickly.
